Provo is the south end of our range and the youngest place we go, by a distance. BYU and UVU between them put tens of thousands of students in the valley, and the tech corridor running north through Orem, Lehi and American Fork has filled the rest of it with companies that didn't exist ten years ago.
A younger room changes what the floor has to do. People here pick games up fast. You can put craps and hold'em out in Utah County and expect them busy inside twenty minutes, where a more mixed crowd would circle them for an hour first. They also get loud, which is the entire point — craps earns its floor space here more than anywhere else on this list.
The other Provo pattern is the first-time host. A company that was forty people last year and is a hundred and forty this year is throwing its first real party, and nobody in the building has done it before. If that's you, say so when you request a bid. We'd rather talk you through the shape of an evening than hand over a number and hope.
Headcounts run high here. Families are large, invitations travel, and a reception or a milestone birthday routinely turns out more people than replied. Plan seats for who might come, not for who answered.
Rooms in this part of town
Utah County has a lot of newer reception centres and event venues, plus university space and company offices with room to clear. If a venue is set up for wedding receptions, a casino floor will fit in it.

The longest run we make, a bit over an hour each way. Worth booking with notice rather than hoping — and worth telling us early if the date is in December.
