No. Utah law prohibits gambling and we don’t work around it. No money is wagered at any table and nothing is won or lost at one. Chips aren’t sold — they’re handed out, they have no cash value, and they can’t be turned back into money at any point. At the end of the night guests trade their chips in for raffle tickets, and those go toward prizes you’ve chosen and brought yourself. The games are real and so are the dealers. The stakes are the only made-up part.

Yes. Nothing at our tables is real gambling — no money is wagered and nothing is cashed out — so there’s no reason a casino night can’t be a family event, and plenty of ours are.

Two things we ask. Every minor needs a responsible adult with them for the whole event, and that’s yours to arrange rather than our dealers’, who have tables to run. And give some thought to whether the games suit the ages in the room: a teenager learning blackjack is great, a room of small children beside a craps table is a different evening.

If you’d like somewhere for younger guests that isn’t the casino floor, say so when you request a bid. We can usually lay the room out so there’s a separate space for them.

That’s the normal case, and it’s why we send dealers along with the tables. Ours teach while they deal, so a first-timer gets walked through their opening hand and nobody has to admit at the table that they don’t know the rules. Blackjack, roulette and baccarat are the easiest to pick up cold. Craps and hold’em go better with a little coaching first.

Yes. We’re certified through CEG Dealer School in Las Vegas. It shows in small ways, like how quickly a table turns over, and how a nervous first-timer gets brought into a hand instead of talked past.

Yes. We teach as well as deal. Group lessons and private coaching in craps, blackjack, roulette and hold’em with Coach Cash at The Party Barn in West Haven. You’ll learn the rules, the etiquette and a little strategy, which is enough to walk up to any table like you’ve been there before.

Most casino nights run two to three hours. That’s long enough that everyone gets real time at a table, and short enough that it ends while people still wish it hadn’t. We’ll talk the timing through when we quote, because it also depends on what else is happening that night — dinner, speeches, an auction.

Logan down to Provo, and everywhere in between — Ogden, Layton, Salt Lake City, and the whole stretch of the Wasatch Front. If you’re out near the edge of that, ask anyway. We’ll travel for the right event.

As early as you reasonably can, especially for December. Corporate holiday parties all compete for the same handful of Fridays and Saturdays every year, and those go first. If your date is close, ask anyway instead of assuming it’s gone.

Roughly 100 square feet per table, which covers the table itself, the dealer behind it, and a ring of guests around it. Craps is the big one at about 16 by 8 feet. Blackjack and poker want 12 by 8, and roulette around 10 by 8. Four tables comes to somewhere near 400 square feet of gaming floor, and that’s before you’ve accounted for people moving between tables or wherever the food and drinks are going. Send us your room dimensions or just the venue name with your bid request and we’ll tell you what fits before you commit to anything.

A room, a way to get the tables in, and enough time before guests arrive to set the floor up. If there are stairs, tight doorways or an awkward loading situation, tell us when you request a bid and we’ll plan around it instead of finding out on the day.

Request a bid with the date, a rough headcount, and what you’re celebrating. That’s all we need to put a quote together. You don’t have to know which games you want or how many tables, because working that out is our job. You’ll have a bid back within one business day.
