Dealers
Deal the best table in the room.
If you’ve got a good attitude, you like talking to people and you enjoy a good time, we can teach you the rest. Tell us which game you want to deal and we’ll train you on it until you’re comfortable running it.
The job
You’re the host at your table.
Parties run evenings and weekends, so this fits around a day job or classes. You take the ones that suit your week.
No experience needed. Most people start on blackjack and pick up more games as they go. The dealers who can run several tables get first pick of the schedule.
A couple of small milestones. You get a name badge after three parties, and your black Cash Casino Parties polo after five.

What we ask
What keeps it feeling professional
None of it is complicated, and it’s why hosts book us again.
What to wear
- Black pants, skirt or shorts. Black denim is fine
- Black shoes
- No logos or visible branding, other than the polo we give you
- Nothing with holes, tears, or distressing
- Hair neat and presentable, and no hats
- Think office job, not night out
On the night
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the party starts
- Stay to help clean up afterwards
- Positive and professional with guests and crew alike
- Come to the yearly training session
The paperwork
- Dealers work as 1099 independent contractors
- A signed W-9 is required before your first event
- Pay is by the party hour and depends on the role
- As a contractor you may be able to write off mileage and expenses. Ask your tax professional
The W-9 is the standard IRS form. Download it here, sign it, and send it back before your first event.
